Some really adorable foster puppies from the Atlanta Humane Society got a real treat! Back in March, with the Georgia Aquarium being closed due to the pandemic, the pups were given a full tour of the place to learn and explore. They were free to roam all around the aquarium to make exciting discoveries and new friends, such as whale sharks and manta rays! An advocate told Insider, “We at Georgia Aquarium want to bring joy to peoples' day, especially during this time... and what better way than puppies?” I wholeheartedly agree!
A little note about me:
For my Master's Degree in Anthrozoology, I completed a capstone project working to enrich the lives of dogs and cats in shelters while they were waiting for their "furever" homes. I'd say this is a great way to do just that!
